Step 1: Retrieval Method

If you enter your Email Address, you will receive a One Time PIN (OTP) via an email sent to your Email Address available on your account. Please check your Junk/Spam email folder if you cannot find the email with the One Time PIN (OTP).

By entering your Mobile Phone Number, you are confirming it is okay for Georgia Gateway to send a One Time PIN (OTP) via text message to you regarding your Georgia Gateway account. Please know you will receive one message per request. Standard message and data rates may apply. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. I acknowledge that there is no expectation of privacy in any Email and SMS communication that I send and receive.

If you select Security Questions, then you will need to answer two security questions. Note that a Client ID must be entered in the section below to retrieve your user ID with your security questions. If there are no cases linked to your account, you will not be able to access your account using the security question option.
