This page is used to reset your password through Email, Mobile (Text/SMS) or security questions.
To reset you password, type in your User ID in the field provided and select the 'Search' button. If you do not know your Gateway User ID, please select the 'Forgot User ID?' link to retrieve your Gateway User ID.
To reset your password by Email, confirm that the partially masked Email Address displayed is associated with your account. Select the radio button and procceed by selecting the 'Continue' button. You will then be sent a One Time PIN (OTP) to enter to reset your password. This code will expire after 10 minutes, so be sure to use it as soon as possible.
To reset your password by Mobile (Text/SMS), confirm that the partially masked Mobile Phone Number displayed is associated with your account. Select the radio button and procceed by selecting the 'Continue' button. You will then be sent a One Time PIN (OTP) to enter to reset your password. This code will expire after 10 minutes, so be sure to use it as soon as possible.
