Registration as a Georgia Gateway Medicaid Partner allows individuals, in this time of limited resources and increasing demand of DHS services, to benefit through a choice of access points in the community, therefore increasing participation and accessibility to benefits.
Registration as a Georgia Gateway Medicaid Partner allows your organization to track and monitor data for the customers your employees assist. This data includes but is not limited to, disposition of application and the number of transactions submitted. The transactions submitted from the Georgia Gateway Homepage by the applicant/recipient and the transactions submitted by registered Georgia Gateway Medicaid Partners do not vary.
Registered Georgia Gateway Medicaid Partners provide healthcare to the citizens of Georgia and are Medicaid Providers. In order to become a Medicaid Partner you must have been given access to the Long Term Care Web Portal; or have been assigned a specialty code to access and add applicant information on the GAMMIS portal.
